Is It Possible To Get A Winch With Less Cable For A More Affordable Option?

Is it possible to get a winch with less cable or rope on it? Would that effect the price in any way? My tiltbed car trailer has a 16 foot bed and 50 plus feet of rope or cable isnt needed. Thanks

There is not an option to get less cable/rope on a winch such as the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 4,400 lbs # BDW15020. That said, there is a more affordable option which is the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch - Wire Rope - Roller Fairlead - 4,400 lbs # BDW15019. This has the same 4,400lbs weight capacity and is identical other than the fact that it uses wire rope instead of synthetic rope.

If this difference isn't an issue for you then you can save some money going with this one # BDW15019. I attached a demonstration video for you.
