Will this product fit the factory ford fifth wheel hitch if so how does it lock

The 5" Offset Ball for Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # 19308 will not fit the factory hitch on your 2016 Ford F-350. It only works with Bulldog, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, and Reese Hide-A-Goose gooseneck trailer hitches only.
The Adapter Rails # C88KR will allow you to use the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16055. This will give you a gooseneck ball that is 3" offset to the rear of the vehicle. Be aware that this will cause the ball to sit much higher in the bed than a traditional gooseneck ball will.
They do not offer an offset gooseneck ball that will drop into the center hole on a factory in bed hitch. This is due to the locking system on the in bed hitch not being strong enough to prevent the offset ball from turning in the hitch.
The B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 shows you that the locking system for the factory hitch is held in place by a ball bearing.
