For the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 you installed on your 2017 Lexus RX 350 I recommend the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # 63232.

This will fit perfectly in your 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole and will keep your accessories from rattling while also keeping them secure with the included lock. You will need to make sure your accessories have a hollow shank for this to work.
