What Bike Rack will Allow Me to Transport my Electric Bike on a 2021 ProMaster and a Winnebago Van?

Hello, I am looking for a Bike Rack to hold my 70lb Super 73 RX Bike with 5 inch Fat Tires. I also am interested in getting a Swing Hitch with it for my Winnebago Van Travato RV with Curt Hitch. I need to be open the back of the Van, So I would like the hitch to be able to swing away from the Van. Please let me know what you recommend. Thanks,

A bike rack that has enough maximum weight capacity (80 pounds per-bike) to hold your 70 pound Super 73 RX Bike with 5 inch tires is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR. The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider will also allow you to attach your 5-inch tires to the rack safely on your Winnebago Van Travato RV. Unfortunately, we do not carry a single-bike rack that has a high enough maximum weight capacity.
For the tow-away hitch adapter, I recommend the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # Y02483. With the Yakima BackSwing, it will allow you to swing the bike rack away from your Winnebego Van Travato with a Curt Hitch (2-inch) at a maximum of 90 degrees. Also, the BackSwing also includes same-key system locks to help deter theft. It is important to note that the use of any hitch extender or adapter will decrease the total weight capacity of any hitch on your vehicle by 50%.
If you need a hitch on your Winnebago Van Travato RV, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit # C13295. The Curt Hitch Reciever is compatible with the EXT option or excluding the EXT option of the ProMaster. The Curt receiver also comes with all hardware required as well as an easy bolt-on installation.
