Budget Bike Hitch Rack Option 2016 Subaru forrester

Hi Experts - so I am so lost with all the bike racks in the market these days. Unfortunately i do have a budget of around $400CAD $320 USD. What I am looking for is Hitch Mount for 3-4 bikes, a hitch lock and an integrated bike lock. Yakima Ridgeback is nice but over budget and lacks a integrated bike lock. Thule Apex has both integrated lock and hitch lock but is expensive. Thule Helium Aero - I cant seem to find in Canada Thule Camber 4 - good price here, but extra for integrated lock and hitch lock which makes it much more expensive in the end. Swagman Titan 4 seems reasonable in price but not hitch lock and seems not as good as Thule or Yakima? Anything i am missing out there in the market? Thanks in advance and would appreciate any feedback!

Staying within budget constraints can be tricky, but I have a bike hitch rack that will meet your needs. I recommend the Hollywood Racks Traveler 4 Bike Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches, part # HR8500. This rack will work with 1 1/4" or 2" hitch receivers. It tilts away from the vehicle so you can have access to the trunk/hatch of your vehicle. It has anti-sway cradles to keep your bike from moving while using the rack.

To lock your rack to the vehicle and your bikes to the rack you would need the Hollywood Racks 2" Hitch Lock and 8' Cable Lock for Bike Racks, part # HRLHPC2. This option will come with a lock to secure your bikes to the rack. It will also include a size specific hitch lock that secures your rack the vehicle.
