Can Pintle Hook/Ball Combo be Used with Curt Trailer Hitch # C15325 on 1998 Chevy C/K Series Truck

The info on this hitch recommends using the chevy ball mount with this hitch. Can I use a pintle and 2 5/16/ ball mount combo with this hitch?

On Class III and higher trailer hitches like the Class V Curt hitch # C15325, you can use any ball mount set up that works for you. So you will be able to use a pintle/ball combo like # TR63042.
