Replacement T-Slot Mounting Bolts for Yakima HD Bars

I am looking for the correct bolts and size for the Yakima HD Overhaul Setup and HD crossbars to add additional accessories to my overland setup. Are these the right size?

There's also the Eye Bolts for Yakima HD Bar, JetStream, FlushBar, and RailBar Crossbars - 250 lbs - Qty 2 # Y01162 you can use to secure loose gear like kayaks or ladders and mounts directly in the channels of the HD bars.
