Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit on 2004 Toyota Corolla

I purchased RM-15267 wiring harness for towing my Corolla behind my motor home. The instructions for installation mention the harness is for vehicles with LED bulbs. Will I need to install LED bulbs in order for the harness to work?

It is not necessary to have LED bulbs to use the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, # RM-15267.
