That's a good question, and since the hitch pin hole on the Draw-Tite hitch for your 2017 Honda CR-V sits back 2-1/2 inches from the receiver so you can definitely use it with the Kuat bike rack, which sits 7-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. The two parts you are asking about are the following:

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128

- Kuat Beta Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # B202-2

The only other thing I wanted to mention is that if you are going to be using this rack (or any hanging bike rack) with a small child's bike or a bike with a step-through frame you will need an adapter bar in order to give those bikes a horizontal mounting point, the Bike Frame Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO.
