You will more than likely be able to replace the 175/80/13 tires on your Jayco X17Z with a 185/80/13 tire, but you will want to take a few measurements on your trailer just to confirm.

The 175/80/13 tire like the # AM31994 is 7" wide and 24.1" tall where the 185/80/13 tire like the # AM10208 is 7.2" wide and 24.7" tall.

You will just need to measure from the top of your current tires to the bottom of your fenders and make sure you have 2-1/2" - 3" clearance, and the measure from the inside edge of the tire to the frame of your trailer and make sure you have 1-1/2" - 2" clearance.

Since it is a pretty small difference between these two tires I can't see there being any severe fitment issues.

I included a video of the # AM10208 for you to take a look at.
