I'm not certain what you're asking. If you're speaking of a 4-pole trailer wiring harness, the white wire is the ground connection, the brown wire carries the running light circuit, the green wire carries the right turn/brake lamp circuit and the yellow wire carries the left turn/brake lamp circuit.
