Does the BAKFlip MX4 Work on a 2013 Ford F-150 with a Bed Liner and Does it Lock

I have f150 with ford bed liner. Will it fit with this liner also does it lock

The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover, part # BAK48307, is designed to clamp around the bed rails for installation.
As long as your 2013 Ford F-150's bed liner leaves enough space under the bed rails for the clamps to work, it will fit. I've linked to a video review of this below. You will see the clamps at the 1:34 mark.
As for locking, it doesn't have its own locking feature. However, because it sits inside the bed rails, if you lock your tailgate, it will effectively lock the entire bed.
