Though you will want to test the tongue weight of the trailer before pulling the trigger on a system, I can definitely work with the information you provided. With the trailer having a dry weight of 4,850 pounds, your dry tongue weight will be somewhere between 485 pound to 727 pounds.
The Pro Series RB2 49570 is actually no longer available from the manufacturer and looks like it may have been a little overrated for your trailer anyway. That being said, the Reese # RP67509 will match your weight a lot closer. This will have a minimum tongue weight of 400 pounds and a maximum tongue weight of 800 pounds.
With the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 4.3L EcoTec3 V6 having a towing capacity of 7,600 pounds, you would be well within the vehicle's abilities.
