Low Profile Landing Gear For 2010 Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I have a 2010 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel with from what I can piece together has an atwood landing gear system. The weld stops seem like they will fit perfectly on the RP500708, however I am worried about overhead clearance. The old system used a cross over bar to connect the 1 motor to the other leg mounted horizontally. Is there another system that operates more like the original that is powered not manual? Or dimensions of this Reese system? I only have 10.5 inches from the mounted bracket on the frame to the ceiling thanks

I have another option for you, but from the top of the upper weld stop to the top of the motor on the Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear Set - 36" Lift - 8,000 lbs # RP500708 you were looking at is 12-1/2" and won't fit with the limited clearance you have.
Instead the Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set - Weld On - 37" Lift - 6,000 lbs # LC333964 are similar in design to your current landing gear so they should fit correctly, and still have the same 15-1/2" inside to inside measurement between the weld stops, and 17-1/2" outside to outside measurement between the weld stops as the # RP500708.
I included a video of the # LC333964 for you to take a look at.
