I would be happy to help you find the correct weight distribution hitch for towing your 32' toy hauler with your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 but you will need to determine the total tongue weight of your setup.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Silverado. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
Since you mentioned that your toy hauler has a unloaded weight of 5877, and your side by side weighs 1100lbs, that brings the trailer weight to roughly 7000lbs Since tongue weight on a toy hauler can vary greatly depending on where exactly the side by side is stored, as if it is too far behind the axles of the trailer it can actually reduce the tongue weight of the trailer.
If your total tongue weight is close to the 1000lb figure you mentioned the Curt MV Weight Distribution System - Round Bar - 14,000 lbs GTW, 1,400 lbs TW # C17057 which works with total tongue weights between 1000-1400lbs which is more than likely the range you will be in. This hitch does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286.
If you can let me know your total tongue weight I would be happy to confirmed the correct system for you.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
