Anti-Sway Bars for 2020 Winnebago on MB Sprinter Chassis
Question:
Hi, We have a 2020 Winnebago Vita 24P motorhome on a 2018 Mercedes Sprinter chassis. We had front and rear Sumo Springs installed a few months ago and they really helped the drive-ability, especially on bumpy roads and when big trucks pass us. My wife would still like more stability when driving during windy conditions. Many people on a Facebook page we belong to have added Hellwig sway bars and/or beefier Fox shocks. What would you recommend?

Helpful Expert Reply:
I would add the Roadmaster # RM-1209-120 rear anti-sway bar. This 1-3/8" diameter sway bar is very rigid and will keep everything tight. If this does not result in the level of stability you desire, then you can move on to shocks. At some point you start subtracting from comfort-of-ride, so it is best to add, then test, then add again if needed.
