The cargo carrier that you mentioned could possibly work with your 5th wheel trailer, but it is not technically rated for use with 5th wheel trailers or travel trailers and I do not recommend it. Instead, I would look at 24x64 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs # e83YR. This does not attach to a hitch but instead a 4" by 4" or 4" by 4-1/2" rear bumper on a 5th wheel / RV.

If you don't have the bumper on the back then you next option is a front mount hitch for your towed vehicle and then the Etrailer cargo carrier can be used. Enter your vehicle in the fit guide to verify which front mount hitch works for you.
