Troubleshooting MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent
Question:
We have a max air fan we just unstalled and when we hit the on button it will only move the vent up or down and wont start the fan.

For your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent, # MA00-04000K, you will want to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to see if there is power getting to the fan motor and switch. If there is, disconnect all power from unit for at least 10-15 mins minimum to reset and try again. If failure continues you may have issue with circuit board that would require replacement.
