Brake Lamps of Flat Towed 2018 Ford F-150 Cancelling Out Turn Signals
Question:
Turn signals on truck don’t work when brake lights are on. All else works fine. Is this normal?Hopkins hm56009 on 2018 f150

For some vehicles, like your F-150, when the flat towing wiring is installed, the brake lamps will override the turn signals. To prevent this from happening, you'll need to install a brake light relay, like the # RM-88400 offered by Roadmaster.
