By mounting hole dimensions I assume you are asking about the distance between them, and that distance is 39 inches for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45519.
That is the same distance between the mounting holes as the similar hitch from Curt which also has a 2-1/2 inch receiver and fits a 2007 Chevy, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15703.
