Compatibility of Firestone F29ZR Coil Rite Air Helper Springs on Lifted Vehicle
Question:
Can you use these if you have a lift on your vehicle?

You could indeed use the # F29ZR if you have a body lift as the suspension geometry and height wouldn't have changed.
If you have a suspension lift, in order to recommend the correct solution, I'd need to know the inside diameter of the coil springs and the inside height measured from stop to stop. If you can reply with that information, I'd be happy look for a solution. I've linked to an installation video for the # F29ZR Coil Rite System.
