Recommended Snowplow Retrofit Kit and Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2021 Ram 3500

Question:

I bought a 2021 Ram 3500 diesel and would like to use my old Snowbear Winter Wolf snow plow on it approx 2002. It has two attachment points. My research on your site indicates that the Retrofit Kit SB324-120 with 31inch centers will work. I also need a front mount 2inch hitch for this truck. The site says the Ecohitch EH37FR and the Drawtite DT36MR are compatible. Which would you recommend for the snow plow install? Thanks so much.

As long as your older Snowbear Winter Wolf snowplow has 1-1/2" mounting pins the Retrofit Kit for SnowBear Winter Wolf Snowplows - 2 Point Hitch Mount # SB324-120 you mentioned is correct as it is designed for plows with a 31" center.

Moving on to the front mount hitch for your 2021 Ram 3500 I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # EH37FR due to it having a 1000lb vertical load limit compared to the # DT36MR you mentioned that only has a 500lb vertical load limit.
