The Roadmaster # RM-522 Falcon All Terrain tow bar has a capacity of 6000 lbs. From what I read online, the 2021 Grand Cherokee would weigh a maximum of about 5000 lbs. You'll want to leave about a 1000 lb cushion for safety, so unless you'll be towing your Grand Cherokee completely loaded down with gear, the # RM-522 Falcon All Terrain would be a great choice for you. If you did need a higher capacity, the Roadmaster # RM-576 Sterling Tow Bar you'd looked at would also be a great choice.

You'll also need base plates, safety cables, a taillight wiring system, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter if the height difference between the base plates and the receiver on the motorhome is greater than 3 inches.

For base plates, I'd go with the Roadmaster # RM-521440-5 direct connect for easy hookup and removal. The base plates fit all Grand Cherokee models except for SRT8 and Trackhawk. If you have the SRT8 or Trackhawk, use # BX1128 along with the # RM-031 adapter. For safety cables, use # RM-643. For taillight wiring, I'd recommend a diode system like # RM-152-98146-7.

If you'll be hanging on to the vehicle for more than a year or two, I'd go with a permanently mounted supplemental braking system like the # SM99251 Demco Stay-In-Play for motorhomes with hydraulic brakes or the # SM99243 Air Force One for motorhomes with air brakes. If you will likely trade in the vehicle after a year or two, a portable braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR would be a better option because it won't call for an expensive installation and it can easily be moved to a different vehicle.

I'll link to an article that will help you determine if you need a high/low adapter, as well as to some installation/demonstration videos that you'll likely find helpful.
