Will my Curt E5 #16515 Hitch fit a Curt 16023 adaptor. In my 2018 GMC 2500 6.5 box? Thanks,

It sounds like you probably have the # C16515 head paired with an R16 slider roller # C16560, and these two parts combined give you a sliding hitch capable of being used with the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C16023. This will work well with your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 with a short bed and allow you to continue using your hitch with the factory pucks.
