Is Pro Series Weight Distribution Kit 49570 Available with Bolt-on Chain Hanger Brackets

I have a tool box on my reach, is this available with the bolt on chain hangers instead of the snap ups?

The Reese bolt-on chain hanger brackets, part # RP58305, are only available separately, but you can certainly use them instead of the brackets that are included in the # 49570 Pro Series weight distribution kit you referenced. These brackets are exactly the right solution for a situation like yours where you cannot fit a chain hanger around the frame.
