Is Firestone Coil-Rite Installation Hard to Do on a 2001 Ford E-450 Chassis Motor Home

how difficult is it to install these on my e 450 motorhome coil springs in the front thank you

I would not say that installation of the Coil-Rite springs # F4101 is all that difficult. You will need to temporarily remove the lower shock bolts to allow the axle to hang freely, and you have to release the top of the coil spring to get the bag in place. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
Routing the air lines might be the most time-consuming part of the installation. Be sure that when you cut the lines you use a air hose cutter like # AL10530 to get the best cut possible.
