Would Converting Oil Bath Hub to Grease Void Warranty

Does this oil to grease conversion void the Dexter warranty?

Converting a trailer axle from oil bath to grease would not void the warranty. The LMX Red grease like part # L11390 would be the way to go though as it's the heaviest duty grease that's also water proof.
