Compatibility of Reese Revolution Pin Box with M5 Series Fifth Wheel Hitch

would this hitch be compatilble with a reese revolution hitch box? i am considering purchasing a Rockwood with a Reese Revolution Hitch box.

The M5 Series, part # RP30928, is indeed compatible with the Reese Revolution (OEM version of the Sidewinder), you'll just need the Wedge Kit # RP44FR.

Typically, a non-sliding fifth wheel hitch like the # RP30928 is recommended for use with a Revolution, but if you use a sliding hitch, make sure that the hitch remains in the forward towing position at all times. Sliding the hitch rearward will place too much of the fifth wheel pin weight behind the rear axle. This can lighten the front truck axle to the point where steering and braking performance is dangerously compromised.
