Availability Of Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2016 Ford T250 Cab and Chassis

Question:

I have a 2016 ford transit to 250 cut away with a knapahide utility Van body. What hits do I need in what do I need to measure to have a receiver for this.

I may have an option for you, but we do not have a custom fit trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford T250 cab and chassis.

The only option would be to have a universal hitch like the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15903 fit to your frame and welded to the frame of your T250. The # 15903 fits frames that are 18" - 60.88" wide so you will need to measure your frame to verify it falls within this range. This hitch has a 1500lb tongue weight rating, and 15000lb trailer weight rating but you T250 may not so you will want to check the owner's manual of your vehicle and use the lower rating between the vehicle and hitch.

I recommend having a qualified welder weld the hitch on.
