With the exception of the Goodyear Endurance line of trailer tires, you should always air trailer tires up to the Pressure stamped on the sidewall of the tire as that is what the tire was designed to be run at.

Since trailer tires have a different sidewall construction than a standard vehicle tire and under inflating them will cause the excess heat in the tire which leads to premature wear and possible tire failure.

You will want to make sure the valve stems installed are rated high enough to use the recommend air pressure, as most standard rubber valve stems are only rated to 65 PSI.

If you need higher rated valve stems I recommend taking a look at the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long # AM20906 which is rated for over 100 PSI.
