The answer to your question will depend on what chassis your Class C motorhome was built on. If it's built on a Ford E-series van cutaway chassis that has the factory 7-way trailer connector, the chassis will be equipped with the connector under the dash located near the e-brake pedal as shown in the provided photo.
My research indicates that most 1994 Minnie Winnie Class C motorhomes were built on the Ford E-series chassis, if that's the case with yours and it has the connector under the dash mentioned above, you can indeed reuse the wiring harness from your 1995 Ford F150, as they both use the same connector.
If your motorhome is on a Chevy C/K series chassis, or doesn't have the plug under the dash, you'll need to hardwire the controller using our brake controller install kit, part # ETBC7 which would plug into a
# 18002 trailer connector tapped into the taillight circuits. The install kit includes the necessary wire, circuit breakers, hardware and 7-way trailer connector but due to the length of the Class C, you'll need some extra jacketed wire to supplement the 25 foot length includes with the # ETBC7 kit. We sell the wire by the foot as # 10-2-1.
I'll link to a video that explains how the # ETBC7 kit works.
