Will Swagman Bike Cover Fit Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack

Good day all. Would the swagman Bike cover work for two bikes on a kuat NV 2.0 hitch rack on a 2019 Highlander?

The Swagman Bike Cover for RVs # S24FR will definitely fit the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Rack # NV22B or # NV22G.
That said, it is not designed for use on passenger vehicles like your 2019 Toyota Highlander (while they are moving), and is only for use on RVs. The reason for that is the wind will damage the cover if it's used on a passenger vehicle; this won't happen on an RV because the large rear of an RV blocks direct wind impact.
