Where Does the In Line Fuse Holder Get Installed on Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Trailer Jack

Could you please explain how and where to install the Inline Fuse Holder thats not mentioned under the Features, but its pictured on the bottom, right image along with the jack cover? Thank you.

On the Ultra-Fab trailer jack # UF38-944017 the in line fuse holder will be cut in half and spliced in along the power wire. Ultra-Fab makes the following statement: The Fuse Holder can be installed by means of either crimping or soldering the connections. For convenience the Fuse Holder should be installed near the power source. Cut red wire in half, connect one end to the end of the black wire from the jack and connect the other end of the red wire to the positive post of the battery.
