We definitely have options to lift your R-Pod. The Lippert Axle Riser # LC382741 provides the 3 1/2 inches needed when used on a square torsion axle. I can also confirm the bolt hole spacing is 8 inches from center to center.

The R-Pod 177 has a base weight of 2,400 pounds, but depending on how it is equipped and loaded, this can vary. That being said, you do not want to go too heavy or too light with weight distribution. You want to get as close to the middle of the system's capacities as possible. Assuming you are right around 300 pounds on the tongue, you would want to go with the Reese Strait-Line # RP66082. This will be close to the sweet spot and the Dual Cam sway control stops sway before it becomes an issue. Depending on the size of your coupler on the trailer, you will also need either a 2 inch ball like the Curt # A-90 or a 2 5/16 inch ball, like the Draw-Tite # 19286.
