Can you tell me if this is the bracket I need r if I should be buying the RP58058 for my truck?

I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Rails # RP30153 for your 2019 Ford F-150. These rails feature a Limited Lifetime Warranty vs the 5 Year that the Reese # RP58058 carry. They are also compatible with more hitches for more availability down the road.
To install these on your F-150 the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets # RP58531 will make it a much simpler installation. These are designed to utilize the holes already in your frame and not require you to drill into the frame on your truck.
