Our max air fan won’t turn off

It sounds like the circuit board may be the issue with your MaxxFan Plus Item # MA00-04000K not turning off. You can try disconnecting the power wire to it, wait about 5 minutes and reconnect it. This should reset the board. If that doesn't work I recommend changing out the circuit board with Item # MA10A21276K.
