Why are Frame Mounted Camper Tie Downs for 2018 Ford F-250 More Expensive

will this tie work for an F250 2018 super duty 6.5 ft. bed and why is it less expensive than other tie downs for the same truck Thank you

Brophy has a stake pocket mounted tie down setup that fits your 2018 Ford F-250 short bed with the part # HSWB but the # HSSF you referenced is not listed as a fit. Stake pocket tie downs are more universal in the trucks they fit, are a simpler design, and not quite as secure as the frame mounted styles which is why the cost of them is lower. They work but in general people prefer the frame attachment style since it's a much more secure attachment as the frame of the truck is much stronger than the bed rails.

The correct Torklift tie down setup that fits your truck is the part # TLF2022 and # TLF3008.
