Question:

I have a GMC 3500 dually, with a full size bed, I pull my RV using a Reese Goose Neck Box. Can I use the Andersen Ultimate Hitch safely to create more clearance between the bottom of my RV front cap and the tops of my pickup bed sides? Hope Im making sense lol currently when I make sharper turn the Goose Box rubs against the truck bed sides please see attached photos Thank You in advance for any assistance

I may have another option for you, but the only way to get increased trailer to bed side clearance would be to use an above bed gooseneck hitch like the Reese Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 25,000 lbs # RP58079 which installs into industry standard rails.

If your GMC 3500 dual rear wheel already has industry standard rails this would be a perfect option. If you can let me know if your truck has the OEM prep package or not, or which gooseneck hitch you have installed I would be happy to confirm the best option for your application.

I included a video of the # RP58079 for you to take a look at.
