Low Beam H11 Bulb Recommendation for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado

Question:

First off why do these lights come with 2 Replacement white 194 T10 wedge LED bulbs CM93156 included? I am looking for a brighter / blueish H11 low beam bulb for my truck, without harming the existing elecrical connections... Either D.O.T. approved or not! But i dont want to totally blind oncoming traffic!

The 2 replacement 194 bulbs included with the CIPA EVO Formance Spectra H11 Bulbs, # CM93387, are just additional bulbs that CIPA packages with their Spectra bulbs. You could use them to replace the bulbs in your headlight markers, side markers, dash, interior or any light that accepts a 194 wedge bulb.

These lights will definitely be brighter than the factory low beam headlight bulbs on your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, but it is not going to look like you are driving down the road with your high beams on. These H11 bulbs will not damage or melt the electrical system on your truck and are plug and play bulbs, meaning there is not wiring or splicing to install. Simply unplug your factory bulbs and plug in the EVO bulbs.

Keep in mind that these bulbs are not DOT compliant and are designed for off-road use only. If you would like a DOT approved bulb with a blue tint, then I would recommend looking at the Vision X H11 Halogen Superwhite Bulbs # VX-LH11.
