What Size Hitch Does Equalizer EQ64FR Fit and What Size Hitch Ball

Just to clarify, this setup includes a 2 1/2inch shank For Ford Super-Duty WITHOUT the use of the sleeve adapter hitch and a 2 5/16inch ball that is NOT installed from the factory and will require the thin wall socket for installation?

The shank of the Equal-i-zer weight distribution part # EQ64FR that you referenced does fit into a 2-1/2 inch hitch directly without needing the sleeve adapter you mentioned. The included ball is 2-5/16 inch.
