At this time the only trailer hitch receiver offered that is confirmed your 2020 Ford Transit T350 HD DRW with a high roof is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75912 which has a 750lb tongue weight rating and 5000lb trailer weight rating that gets bumped up to 800lbs tongue weight and 8000lb trailer weight when using a weight distribution hitch.
For a 7-way connector I recommend the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # 22116 which is confirmed to fit DRW models and will give you the 7-way connector you are looking for. You will also need mounting bracket # 18138 to mount the 7-way to your trailer hitch receiver.
If you are also needing a trailer brake controller I recommend Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller and will plug directly into the # 22116.
Lastly if you do not already have one you will need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
