Bike Rack for Himiway Cruiser with Fenders and Fat Tires

Rack for a Himiway Cruiser with finders. Will this rack work for my 4 tire bike?

Since your Himiway Cruiser has fenders you'd need to go with a bike rack that grabs the bike by the frame instead and not by the wheel as the fender would get in the way.
You'd want to go with an e-bike rack with fat tire wheel hoops like the Sport Rider SE part # HLY84FR which can fit up to 5 inch wide tires, has the weight capacity needed, and uses a frame clamp setup.
