Recommended Water Heater To Replace Atwood GC10A-3E

I need to replace an Atwood GC10A-3E water heater and would like something as close to the original as possible to minimize plumbing changes.

To replace the Atwood GC10A-3E in your motorhome I recommend the Dometic RV Water Heater - Gas and Electric - Automatic Pilot - 120 Volt - 10,000 Btu - 6 Gal Tank Item # DMC74FR which measures 12-3/4" Long x 12-3/4 Wide x 19-7/8" Deep. This is only a 6 gallon unit and can produce up to 12 gallons of hot water per hour, and has a 2 year warranty. You could add the Double-Panel On/Off Switch # AT91230 will allow you to power the electric and gas components on and off individually. It mounts in your coach for easy operation.

If the 6 gallon unit will not meet your needs, you might consider a tankless unit like the Furrion RV Water Heaters - FR93FR.
