Replacement Manual Lift Operator for Maxxair Vent Part Number MA00-04401M

Question:

For my 2017 rpod 179, the bathroom vent stopped working does not lift the vent anymore. When lifted up the vent on the roof, I cold see that the housing that holds the gear that lifts the vent was broken. See attached. Is this piece available for purchase or do I have to buy a new vent? # MA10-20281K-3CF which is compatible with the # MA00-04401M MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini you have.
