Availability of 2200 Lb Replacement Axle With Brake Mounting Flanges and Greater Than 60 Inch Length
Question:
I was wondering if you carry a 60 trailer axle with a 3500lb rating? I see the 2200lb axles, but would like something slightly larger so I can consider putting on more standard size electric brakes.

We don't offer a 3500 lb axle with that short of a hub face dimension. You might be able to order a custom axle locally, but we don't ship custom axles.
Timbren offers an Axle-Less suspension system that would eliminate the need for the axle beam and the leaf springs, which might be a good choice for you.
For a 2200 lb option with brakes, I'd recommend the # ASR1THDS01 Axle-Less system. This would be comatible with the # AKHD-545-35-K hub/drum with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and the # AKEBRK-35L-SA left and # AKEBRK-35R-SA right-hand 10 inch self adjusting brake assemblies.
For a 3500 lb option, I'd recommend the # TASR35HDS04 which is compatible with a # 8-201-5UC3-EZ hub/drum with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern which would use brake assemblies like # 23-458-459, right and left hand self adjusting brake assemblies.
