Your backup camera cannot be mounted on the Yakima SpareRide for your 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser, and this rack isn't compatible with the backup camera, so in order to use a bike rack, you would need a trailer hitch and hitch-mounted rack. For a hitch, the best option is from Draw-Tite because it is the easiest install and good bumper and ground clearance:

When we installed this hitch on a 2013 FJ Cruiser we found it was approximately 8-3/4 inches from the hitch pin hole to clear the spare tire, which is important because that tells you how much room you need for a bike rack to clear the spare. With that in mind, a great rack that you can use is the Swagman Titan 2-Bike Rack # S63400.

The rack measures 14-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the back of the mast, so you'll have plenty of clearance for your spare tire, it secures your bikes at three different points to keep them steady on the rack, comes with an anti-rattle hitch bolt for a quiet ride, and even has an integrated cable lock to keep your bikes safe.
