For a Reese 16K sliding 5th wheel hitch and the install bracket/rail kit, you could go with the # C95DR 16K sliding 5th wheel hitch and the # RP56015-53 install kit.
However, I'd recommend the Curt A16 hitch, part # C16521 over what Reese offers. Unlike the Reese hitch, the Curt A16 offers a torsion articulating system for the hitch head which helps isolate the tow vehicle from road shock and noise. The interlocking hitch jaws hold the king pin much more tightly around its circumference to prevent the king pin from moving around in the hitch jaws. Both these features provide a much smoother ride for a more enjoyable towing experience. For an install rail/bracket kit, use # C65KR.
If you'd care to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector wire up over the tailgate, you can use part # C56000.
I've linked to product videos for the Reese hitch mentioned above as well as the Curt A16 I recommended. You can see current pricing on the linked product pages.
