I would be happy to help you find the correct weight distribution hitch for your 2013 Toyota Sienna with a Class III trailer hitch receiver, but you will need to find the total tongue weight of your setup to confirm the correct system.

Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo added behind the rear axle of your Sienna. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

If the 2900lbs and 250lb tongue weight you mentioned is with the trailer unloaded that is not the accurate numbers needed to confirm the correct system.

When it comes to weight distribution systems I really like the Fastway e2 hitches as they are a very high quality hitch for the money, and have built in 2-point sway control that helps to keep your trailer going straight down the highway.

If you find that your total tongue weight is between 250-600lbs I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # FA92-00-0600. This option does not come a hitch ball so you will need either 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.

Should you find that your total tongue weight is a bit higher I recommend stepping up to the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800 which works with total tongue weights between 400-800lbs. This option also does not include a hitch ball so you will still need 2" # A-90 or 2-5/16" # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.

Ideally you want your total tongue weight to fall in the middle of the working range of the system you choose.

I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
