I would be happy to recommend a suspension enhancement and weight distribution option for you, but you will need to confirm a few things on your setup before placing your order.

Starting with the suspension enhancement I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-117-47 which is confirmed to fit your 2013 Ford F-150 XLT 4WD with a 5-1/2' bed and will provide 1500lbs of support to your rear suspension when towing or carrying a heavy load. Keep in mind suspension enhancement is designed to assist your factory suspension and will not increase the towing or payload capacities of your truck.

I like the # SSR-117-47 due to it being a maintenance free option unlike an air helper spring kit.

Now moving on to the weight distribution system, the correct system will be dependent on the total tongue weight of your setup which is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your F-150. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

I prefer the Fastway e2 systems due to the quality of components used for the price, and due to them having built in 2-point sway control that keeps your trailer going straight down the highway.

If your total tongue weight is between 400-800lbs I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800. This system does not included a hitch ball so you will also need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler of your trailer.

If you find your total tongue weight is over the 800lb max of the # FA92-00-0800 then I recommend stepping up to the # FA92-00-1000 which works with total tongue weights ranging from 600-1000lbs. You will still need 2" # A-90 or 2-5/16" # 19286 to match the coupler of your trailer.

To get the most up-to-date prices on the products mentioned please use the included links to the product pages.

If you can tell me your total tongue weight I would be happy to recommend the correct weight distribution hitch for your setup.

I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
