Best Hitch to Use with a Thule Helium Pro on a 2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV
Question:
Can I get the part to make the Thule Helium Pro 2 fit a 1.25 receiver? Which hitch do you recommend for a 2019 Chevy Bolt? And what is the distance to place the securing bolt on that hitch? It needs to be a minimum of 1.5 for the Helium Pro 2

I have a great hitch for you!
It's the Draw-Tite Class I, part # 24956. This has a 1-1/4" receiver with a maximum towing capacity of 2000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight of 200 pounds. I've linked to a video installation of this hitch, and you will see in the video that it has a hitch pin hole recessed far enough to accommodate the Helium Pro.
The Helium Pro, part # TH9042PRO, fits a 1-1/4" receiver like the Draw-Tite by design. The piece used to adapt it to 2" receivers is a separate piece, so you will not need any additional hardware to use this. I've linked to a video review of this rack for you to look at.
